This Cowboy Action Shooting and Cowboy Mounted Shooting range is located approximately 70 miles South of downtown Tucson\, AZ\, on highway 80 and only 3 miles from downtown Tombstone\, Arizona.\nAt the TOMBSTONE LIVERY just a couple miles out of Tombstone near the Highway 80 and 82 intersection – BORDERTOWN features Cowboy Action shooting action stages\, rifle\, shotgun and rifle speed shooting events\, Wild Bunch Action Shooting match and Cowboy Long Range shooting competition. All competitors use firearms styled after firearms of the 1800’s and dress accordingly. Vendors on sight for food and more.\nBordertown has been the Arizona Cowboy Action Shooting Championship since 1999.   It was voted by SASS as the best match for 2003 and is a SASS sanctioned state championship. DESCRIPTION:The ‘Softer Side of Tombstone’ is celebrated each spring with the Tombstone Rose Festival. This yearly event celebrates the blooming of “The World’s Largest Rose Tree”.\nThe annual celebration is sponsored by the Tombstone Vigilettes\, a non-profit\, charitable organization of ladies portraying The Women of Tombstone\, Arizona from 1880 to 1915.\n \nThe coronation of this year’s Rose Queen will take place the evening of Friday the 10th. Saturday the 11th will see a parade\, musical entertainment\, dancers\, and other fun activities. Sunday the 12th will feature Family Fun on Allen Street with the Tombstone Vigilantes.
